SLI Celebración

Celebrate the successes of Scholars Latino Initiative by hearing SLI alumni share about SLI's impact, enjoying locally sourced food (flautas! quesadillas! pupusas! sopa de camarón! jalapeño poppers! nachos! Cuban black bean soup! fruits and veggies! tres leches! pastries! coffee and hot chocolate! te de jamaica! horchata!), wine and local beers, dancing to the music of Lua Project, a gift basket mini silent auction, a 50/50 $$$CASH$$$ raffle ($5 cash per entry; enter as often as you like), and more! Business casual, 21+.

Parking is available in the signposted lot across from Magpie, on the surrounding streets, in the lot behind Liberty St. Mercantile, and in the lot located at the corner of N. Main Street and Gay Street (at the Rockingham County admin building). Handicap-accessible parking spaces are provided at the posted areas adjacent to the sidewalks and behind Liberty St. Mercantile.
