Merienda '23 will be an evening not to miss! Savor locally sourced meriendas (pupusas! empanadas! tamales! tres leches cake! churros! and much more), sip wine and local beers, coffee and hot chocolate con canela, dance to the live “Mexilachian” music of Lua Project, add your embroidery to a SLI tote from the SLI swag store, join the raffle for vendor gift cards, and celebrate SLI's mission to support Latinx high school students with college access through rigorous academic challenge, leadership development, scholarships, and supportive mentorships.
